Is it really free to start?
Yes. Create a workspace with no card, invite a teammate, and run the full analyst loop — Vault, Pipeline, Ask, and the approval gate. The Free plan includes real usage each month; you only upgrade when your volume grows.
What counts as usage?
Two things are metered per billing period: document extractions (parsing a statement, contract, or deck into structured, source-linked data) and enrichments (researching and enriching a company, account, or household). Seats are the number of teammates in your workspace.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks — you're prompted to upgrade, and limits reset each period. Upgrading raises your seats, extractions, and enrichments, and unlocks higher-tier modules.
How do the paid plans differ?
Launch raises your limits for a team running its first repeatable workflow. Growth adds market intelligence and evidence tracking on top, for teams scaling across more documents and records.
Can I change plans anytime?
