Pricing questions
Is Free really free?
Yes. Free requires no credit card and no Stripe checkout — sign up with an email and password and you have a workspace. You get a small set of Vault runs and Research credits per month so the core loop is real, not a demo.
Do Launch and Growth come with a trial?
Yes. Both include a 14-day trial through Stripe Checkout. You enter card details up front, but you are not billed until the trial ends and you can cancel from your billing portal at any time before then.
What are Vault runs and Research credits?
Vault runs count documents and artifacts processed into structured deal data — CIMs, term sheets, memos, decks, and similar. Research credits count company and deal research / enrichment work. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of both.
Where do discount codes go — and what about access codes from Synchronized?
Stripe promotion codes (percent-off or amount-off) are entered at checkout on the Launch and Growth flows. Synchronized access codes are different — they are entered during signup if you have been invited by us (private beta, partner program, etc.) and can change app access even when Stripe is not involved.
Can we upgrade later if we outgrow Free or Launch?
Yes. Upgrades are self-serve from Settings → Billing & usage. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated through Stripe so your team is not blocked during a live process.
What if we need higher quotas, SSO, or custom terms?
Talk to us about Enterprise. We negotiate quotas to match your throughput and add SSO/SAML, RBAC, custom retention, dedicated infrastructure, and a security review.
