Is it really free to start?
Yes. Create a workspace with no card, invite a teammate, and run the full analyst loop — Vault, Pipeline, Ask, and the approval gate. The Free plan includes $20 of AI credit each month. Unused monthly credit expires; purchased credit stays in your workspace.
What counts as usage?
Conversations, research, and document processing share one AI credit balance. Viewing saved work and making manual edits use no AI credit. During rollout, any remaining processing limits are shown in Settings → Billing.
What happens when I hit a limit?
When AI credit runs out, new paid AI work pauses. Your saved work stays accessible. Add credit where available or wait for your monthly allowance to renew; upgrade for more seats and features.
How do the paid plans differ?
Launch includes $25 in monthly AI credit and 5 seats. Growth includes $100 and 15 seats, plus market intelligence and evidence tracking.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your team's volume changes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial so you can prove the workflow before you commit.
